Beaumont People are seeking an experienced Payroll Project Specialist to support the delivery of a new payroll, time and attendance, and rostering system within a large, complex organisation.
Working closely with Payroll, Finance, ICT and an external implementation partner, you will play a hands-on role in testing, data reconciliation, process improvement and documentation to ensure a smooth and compliant payroll transition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting payroll project meetings and deliverables
- Developing and executing SIT, UAT and PPRT testing
- Preparing and reconciling data between legacy and new systems
- Creating SOPs, training materials and process maps
- Identifying and recommending payroll process improvements
- Supporting go-live cutover and post-implementation activities
- 5–6 years’ payroll experience, including payroll implementation projects
- 3–4 years’ experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Strong knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, NES and payroll legislation
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience implementing payroll, time and attendance or rostering systems
- Experience working in complex or membership-based organisations
