This is an immediate start opportunity, ideal for a well-rounded payroll professional who can step in and provide reliable support during a critical transition period.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for a large employee base
- Supporting payroll system go-live and initial pay runs
- Interpreting and processing complex Awards and Enterprise Agreements (SCHADS highly regarded)
- Managing payroll compliance, including superannuation, tax, and statutory obligations
- Processing payroll journals, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities
- Working with rostering and time & attendance systems
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Exposure to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) preferred
- Strong understanding of awards and payroll legislation
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced payroll environments
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Initially full-time, office-based in Lewisham for onboarding and system go-live
- Transition to hybrid model: 3 days in office / 2 days from home
