The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Officer to join A&AA at a time of growth.
As the organisation expands its reach and impact, this role will play an important part in helping shape how partnerships support that journey.
You will take ownership of developing and managing corporate partnerships that create genuine shared value, helping to drive both income and meaningful outcomes for the community.
Working across business development, relationship management and fundraising, you will engage with a mix of existing partners and new opportunities, bringing fresh ideas and energy to how partnerships are built and grown.
This is a full time role, based in Castle Hill with a hybrid working model.
What you’ll do
- Identify and engage new corporate partners through research, outreach and networking
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities
- Prepare and support partnership proposals, presentations and pitches
- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners, including reporting and communication
- Maintain CRM records, track activity and support partnership administration
- Contribute ideas to campaigns, events and initiatives that support revenue growth
About you
- Experience in partnerships, business development, account management, fundraising, marketing, sales or a related area
- Confident building relationships and starting conversations with a range of stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow through
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team
- A proactive approach with energy, curiosity and a genuine interest in purpose driven work
