About the Role
You’ll play a key support role across finance, administration, and events, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations during a busy period of organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR)
- Financial preparation and support, including use of Xero
- Basic CRM management
- General administrative support
- Event coordination assistance
- Ad hoc tasks as required
- Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or accounts support
- Comfortable using Xero (or similar accounting systems)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable, proactive, and happy to wear multiple hats
- Enjoy working in a small, mission-driven team environment
- Part-time hours (approx. 15 hours per week)
- Flexible working arrangements (not fully onsite)
- Contract through to the end of July, with potential for extension
