We're seeking an OSI Program Scheduler to lead the development and management of OSI program schedules and UPMO Transformation portfolio roadmaps. Join the team to align people-focused strategies with the university’s broader goals and make a lasting impact.
  
The position reports to the UPMO Portfolio Performance Lead with a dotted line report to OSI Programs Directors. In this role you will support coordinate program delivery, working closely with program team and internal  stakeholders. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the development and maintenance of detailed work breakdown structures and program schedules and portfolio roadmap for all programs and projects in the transformational portfolio and OSI programs.
  • Tracking and reporting on the actual performance of the portfolio, programs and project against these baselined schedules and milestones and the identification, assessment and escalation of emerging risks in an appropriate and timely manner for attention and potential mitigation.
  • Provide timely and accurate information specific to the scheduling and potential impacts (resourcing and cost performance) of programs and projects to Program Directors.
  • Prepare and contribute to portfolio and program reporting as relevant to schedule, cost and resourcing performance.
  • Demonstrate commitment to meeting the needs of all internal and external clients and stakeholders; cultivates trusted and respected relationships
  • Respond proactively to complex problems; navigates self and others towards timely and effective problem-solving.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Extensive leadership experience working in scheduling for large and complex programs and projects
  • Excellent communication, group presentation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to write and deliver succinct business proposals and plans
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver detailed reports, briefings and presentations on projects under delivery to a variety of audiences.
