The position reports directly to the Head of Learning and Organisational Development. The position will liaise with members of the Learning and Organisational Development team on a day-to-day basis, other teams within the People Unit and with a range of sta๏ฌ at all levels within the unit, Faculties and Divisions.
- Lead the implementation of organisational development strategies and capability-uplift programs.
- Oversee leadership training programs and manage associated project tasks.
- Support the execution of the Leadership Academy.
- Offer consultation and guidance on best practices for leadership programs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.
- Balancing multiple projects and priorities, often with competing deadlines, to ensure timely and effective delivery of organisational development activities
- Facilitate and train groups on various organisational development and leadership topics to enhance skills and knowledge across the organisation.
