This role collaborates closely with leadership, Strategic Business Partners, and other stakeholders to roll out talent initiatives. This role focuses on employee listening, designing, facilitating, and evaluating employee listening surveys including annual surveys, onboarding and exit surveys. This role involves diagnosing organisational issues, designing, and implementing development programs focused on talent and succession, and initiatives fostering a culture of continuous improvement and promotes a positive work environment and sustainable growth.
The position reports directly to the Head of Learning and Organisation Development.
This position will;
- Ensure that learning and development initiatives are meaningfully aligned with the university’s strategic objectives, values, and mission
- Lead organisational change in collaboration with Strategic Business Partners; identifying and addressing resistance, building commitment, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design programs that meet the varied needs of academic staff, professional staff, and student-facing teams
- Building leadership capability and capacity to interpret and act on employee listening insights
- Secure leadership engagement in employee listening initiatives, ensuring that feedback is acknowledged, addressed, and used to guide organisational priorities.
