We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can bring clarity, organisation and practical leadership to the site.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a hands‑on role focused on keeping the centre running smoothly and supporting the team to deliver consistently high‑quality services.
You will:
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team across clinical, allied health and reception
- Bring structure to daily operations, workflows and responsibilities
- Manage rostering, leave and day‑to‑day staffing needs
- Improve processes and address inefficiencies in a practical way
- Support the team to meet service delivery expectations and targets
- Oversee reporting, compliance and data processes
- Coordinate site needs, including maintenance and contractors
What we’re looking for:
This role will suit someone who is practical and people‑focused.
You’ll bring:
- 5 years min experience in an Operations Manager or similar role
- A background in health, community services, or another service‑led environment
- Confidence leading teams and managing performance day to day
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to bring structure where it’s needed
- A hands‑on approach and willingness to step in and support the team
- Sound judgement and a calm, solutions‑focused mindset
· Experience working in a women’s health sector
· Experience of Medicare and clinical practices
· An understanding or experience in clinical and medical practice accreditation and standards (eg Best Practice)
