- Oversee day-to-day operational functions of the organisation
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and policies
- Work closely with the CEO and Founder to translate strategy into effective operational delivery
- Support and lead operational and administrative staff
- Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Provide operational HR support to managers, including advice on performance and workplace matters
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards, and internal policies
- Support the development of a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture
You are a capable and adaptable operations professional who enjoys working across multiple functions. You are comfortable partnering with senior leadership while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated experience in an operations or business management role
- Experience overseeing people operations, including HR processes and compliance
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Experience in the for purpose or purpose-driven sector is highly regarded
- Full license and own vehicle
