These roles vary in scope but may include:
- General administration and office coordination
- Finance support, invoicing, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting
- Operational assistance across programs or projects
- Stakeholder liaison and internal communications
- CRM and data management
- Proven experience in accounts and or finance roles
- Salesforce and/or Xero experience highly regarded
- Previous work in the not-for-profit or community services sector
- Understanding of NDIS or aged care highly regarded
- Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Part-time hours 2–4 days per week
- In-office or hybrid options available depending on the organisation
- Pay rates $41.11 to 47.77 per hour casual + super
