This is a handsโon, supportโfocused role covering operations, HR administration, WHS, facilities, compliance, and IT coordination. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work closely with external advisors and suppliers to ensure teams can focus on program delivery and impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, facilities, and supplier relationships.
- Support HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, records, and compliance checks.
- Maintain WHS policies, incident reporting, and training coordination.
- Update and roll out organisational policies.
- Coordinate IT administration with an outsourced provider and fractional CTO.
- Support operational input into board reporting and compliance activities.
- 5+ years experience in office management or senior administration.
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
- Strong organisation and written communication skills.
- Confident working with digital systems including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Approachable, practical, collaborative and task orientated.
