The Role – Office Manager
Our client, a dynamic and respected membership-based organisation, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their Member Engagement team. This full-time, permanent role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional support to members and senior executives, and driving internal communication and engagement initiatives. You’ll take full ownership of office administration and CRM management, be the friendly first point of contact for members, and support a connected and positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration:
    Ensure seamless office operations, manage suppliers and service providers, and act as the first point of contact for member calls and enquiries.
  • CRM & Data Management:
    Maintain accurate membership data, generate reports, and collaborate with finance on renewals and invoicing. Lead data governance and process improvements.
  • Executive Support:
    Provide high-level support to the c-suite through diary management, meeting scheduling, minute taking, and confidential correspondence.
  • Internal Communications & Culture:
    Drive internal engagement, coordinate staff events and recognition, and support the delivery of internal comms and staff feedback initiatives.
  • Project & Event Coordination:
    Assist with internal and member events, coordinate logistics for AGMs and board meetings, and provide backup for cross-functional projects as required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in office management, operations, or executive support
  • Strong skills in managing CRM systems and maintaining high data accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to support C-suite executives and manage confidential information
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Tech-savvy, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and CRM tools
  • A proactive, organised, and solution-oriented professional with a positive attitude
Desirable but Not Essential
  • Experience in a membership-based, not-for-profit, or professional association
  • Experience in team culture, internal comms, or staff engagement initiatives
  • Exposure to AGM logistics and governance documentation
