Our client, a faith affiliated humanitarian Charity in North Sydney, is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator for a temp to perm opportunity.
The role will be a job share, with one position being 2 days a week and the other 3 days a week. There is also the option to work shorter hours (9AM – 3PM) if suitable for your situation. The role is a temp to perm opportunity with an immediate start.
You will be the office go-to for all things administration, supporting the team with projects that ultimately support vital international projects.
Your day-to-day duties will include:

Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Providing a welcoming telephone and office reception to callers and visitors
- Responding to supporter enquiries and processing donation into Raisers Edge
- Organising team meetings, including room bookings, agendas, minutes, action lists and other follow up
- Support with the onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Finance tasks such as accounts payable, credit card reconciliations and reporting requirements
- Assisting with events administration and coordination.
- Someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Experienced in an administrative or coordination role (Charity experience is a bonus)
