The Membership Officer will join a supportive and collaborative team to help deliver high quality, responsive support to their valued members. From onboarding and renewals to CRM management and engagement, this role is vital to ensuring small business voices are heard, supported, and connected.

The Membership Officer will join a supportive and collaborative team to help deliver high quality, responsive support to their valued members. From onboarding and renewals to CRM management and engagement, this role is vital to ensuring small business voices are heard, supported, and connected.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for all membership-related enquiries, manage all aspects of the membership life-cycle.
- Manage onboarding, renewals, and membership engagement campaigns.
- Analyse membership data to inform future initiatives, including renewal, retention and onboarding strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the association management system (Hubspot).
- Support the team with admin tasks, data integrity, and service improvements.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
- A strong administrative foundation with excellent data entry and organisational skills, complemented by the interpersonal skills to grow and develop in the role.
- A positive, proactive attitude - open to feedback, eager to learn, reliable, and confident in asking questions.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM platforms (Hubspot or similar).
- A team-first mindset, with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
