Multiple opportunities are available across membership services, administration, customer service, and reception. These roles collectively support the day-to-day operations of a busy, customer-focused environment and are suited to individuals who are organised, approachable, and confident managing a range of responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include managing membership enquiries and processes, providing high-quality customer service, supporting administrative functions, and delivering a professional front desk experience.
- Deliver outstanding service to current and prospective members across inbound and outbound communication, managing the membership inbox and contributing to a seamless member experience.
- Manage and process membership renewals in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with members regarding upcoming expirations and renewal options
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing incoming phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee multiple business email accounts (e.g., info@ and members@), responding via templates or redirecting promptly.
- Provide general support to office visitors
- Support ad hoc projects and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, reception or membership support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using databases and Excel for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in a membership-based or professional association (highly regarded).
- Familiarity with MS Office, iMIS or similar CRM/membership platforms (desirable)
