Caravan Industry Victoria (CIV) is the peak body representing Victoria's caravan and camping industry. Supporting more than 240 member businesses across manufacturing, retail, service, repair and supply, CIV advocates for the industry, delivers accreditation and compliance programs and runs some of Victoria's largest caravan and camping events.
About the Role
Working closely with the Membership Manager, you will play an important role in engaging and supporting members across Victoria's caravan and camping industry. You'll build strong relationships, coordinate membership and accreditation activities, support industry events and programs, and help create a positive experience for members. Offering a mix of office-based work, travel and face-to-face engagement, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and being actively involved in their industry.
To Be Successful
- Experience in a membership, association, customer service, stakeholder engagement or administration role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing databases, CRM systems and administrative processes
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
- Manage membership renewals, applications and member onboarding
- Maintain accurate membership, accreditation and CRM records
- Attend industry events, roadshows, member meetings and networking opportunities to strengthen member engagement and industry relationships
- Assist with the delivery of member events, workshops and industry programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members across Victoria
- Support accreditation, compliance and industry development programs
- Respond to member enquiries and provide ongoing support
- Prepare reports, membership data and compliance documentation
