Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership growth and manage the full membership lifecycle
- Develop and deliver member engagement programs, events, and webinars
- Build partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Lead digital marketing campaigns and manage social media, website, and newsletters
- Coordinate major events including a triennial trade show and gala dinner
- Support strategic initiatives that promote energy efficiency and industry innovation
Your Skills & Expertise:
You’re a confident communicator and relationship-builder with:
- 5+ years’ experience in membership, communications, or events
- Strong digital marketing skills (social media, EDMs, website content)
- Experience with CRM systems (we use Zoho a plus) and Canva
- A passion for delivering value to members and driving growth
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a collaborative spirit
- Although a fully remote role, candidates must be Melbourne based
- Coffee catch-ups with manager will be required
- Some travel required for events / member visits
- Part-time, 4 day week (Monday-Thursday)
