Beaumont People are proud to be partnering with various for purpose associations and peak bodies across Sydney. We are seeking experienced Membership, Administration and Customer Service professionals for various temporary assignments.

  • Temporary assignments 2-8 weeks
  • Various locations including Sydney CBD, Surry Hills and North Sydney
  • Full time and part time hours
  • Hourly rate $35 – $41 per hour casual
About the role/s:

As a Membership & Administration Officer, you will play a central role in ensuring a seamless experience for members and supporting the wider team with essential administrative functions. You will provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for member enquiries, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and contribute to efficient reporting and workflow processes. This role combines administrative excellence with a focus on quality and consistency, helping to enhance both the member and staff experience. 

Key responsibilities: 
  • Deliver outstanding service to current and prospective members across inbound and outbound communication, managing the membership inbox and contributing to a seamless member experience.
  • Manage all membership processes and CRM workflows, supporting the Membership team across acquisition, retention and renewals.
  • Maintain and enhance the CRM (iMIS) through data updates, audits, reporting and monthly health checks, ensuring strong data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain clear system documentation, process guides and training materials for all CRM and membership workflows.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing incoming phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support ad hoc projects and collaborate effectively across departments.
To be successful you will have:
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or membership support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident using databases and Excel for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Experience in a membership-based or professional association (highly regarded).
  • Familiarity with MS Office, iMIS or similar CRM/membership platforms (desirable)
