About the Role
Reporting to the Group Manager, Individual Giving, this key role will lead the development and delivery of major strategic and marketing initiatives that support the ongoing growth and success of our flagship Child Sponsorship program and wider supporter retention strategy.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sponsorship, and fundraising to scope, manage and evaluate projects from end to end—delivering impact, innovation and alignment with our five-year strategic plan.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Project Leadership:
Drive the planning, development and execution of strategic marketing and retention projects—ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, timely delivery and evaluation of impact. - Product Innovation:
Identify and implement improvements across our child sponsorship product and related supporter journeys to enhance engagement, satisfaction and long-term support. - Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment, shared outcomes and successful campaign delivery, while managing budgets and timelines.
You’re a natural leader, a strategic thinker and a skilled communicator who brings a calm and collaborative approach to complex projects. You know how to engage stakeholders, juggle multiple deadlines and inspire great results.
You will bring:
- 7+ years’ experience managing large, cross-functional marketing or fundraising projects
- Demonstrated success in marketing strategy development and campaign execution
- Strong understanding of project planning, stakeholder engagement and change management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail, with the ability to balance competing priorities
- A passion for social impact and an understanding of the fundraising or NFP environment is highly regarded
