Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement strategic marketing & communication plans with the Head of Marketing.
- Develop marketing briefs and manage the creation of campaign assets in line with brand identity.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns to achieve objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research and make data-driven recommendations.
- Manage and optimize campaign performance, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the Public Affairs team to enhance media and social media initiatives.
- Report on campaign performance and identify improvement strategies.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Strong skills in developing and managing integrated campaigns and strategies.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced analytical abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working within a not-for-profit sector.
