We are now entering a major digital transformation- implementing HubSpot CRM, uplifting digital capability and modernising how our communities connect, fundraise and grow. This role offers the rare chance to help shape that future from the ground up.
About the Role
As Marketing & Events Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of integrated marketing activity, fundraising events and key digital transformation initiatives.
Working closely with the Marketing with Impact Manager, you’ll be hands-on across social media, content creation, CRM activation, campaigns and events.
This is a growth role where you’ll help shape the systems, stories and supporter experiences that will drive the next decade of Can Assist.
Digital & Social Content
- Create engaging content that captures real Can Assist stories and drives real results
- Support website updates, analytics and storytelling.
- Coordinate ambassador and sponsorship activity.
- Assist with HubSpot CRM rollout and activation.
- Support automation, segmentation and supporter journeys.
- Help integrate Grassrootz and uplift digital capability across branches.
- Support delivery and optimisation of key campaigns.
- Assist donor acquisition and engagement journeys.
- Coordinate campaign communications and reporting.
- Supporting with the new fundraising platform and Grassrootz launch
- Support promotion and delivery of major events, including Can Do the Distance and Charity Race Day.
- Liaise with branches, sponsors and ambassadors.
- Maintain brand consistency across materials.
- Provide dayโtoโday marketing and communications support.
You’re early in your career and ready to grow. Digitally confident, organised and purposeโdriven, you bring:
- Experience in social media and content creation
- Strong writing and storytelling ability
- High attention to detail
- A proactive, collaborative mindset
- Curiosity about CRM systems, automation and modern fundraising
