A great opportunity for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join a not-for-profit organisation and peak professional body within the health sector. Joining a small, collaborative team of two, you’ll support a busy period across digital channels including website, eDMs, social media, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update website content via CMS, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing communications.
- Build and deploy email campaigns (eDMs) using pre-prepared content.
- Coordinate social media activity, primarily LinkedIn, including editing, scheduling, and posting content.
- Support the delivery of marketing communications across digital channels, maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, including profile management and data accuracy.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance across email, website, and social channels.
- Provide general administrative and marketing support, including project tracking and system updates
- Assist with the execution of integrated marketing activities across multiple channels.
- Work collaboratively within a small team, contributing proactively to shared outcomes.
- Manage tasks independently, prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator role.
- Demonstrated experience managing website content via a CMS.
- Experience building and deploying email campaigns.
- Strong social media experience, particularly LinkedIn.
- Experience using CRM systems for data management and reporting.
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and project trackers.
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging content.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment and operate autonomously.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
