About the role
Our client is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Associate to support strategic marketing initiatives and strengthen the school’s public presence. This hands-on role centres on creating high-quality, engaging content such as photos, reels, and social media posts to promote the brand and foster genuine connections within the school community.
The role involves capturing real-time content on campus while contributing to the planning, execution, and analysis of digital campaigns. Key responsibilities include website updates, content scheduling, campaign management and event promotion. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including designers and digital agencies, to deliver consistent, effective marketing outcomes. Additionally, this role will support the development of marketing processes.

About the successful candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in media, communications, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools, and analytics software (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, with attention to detail and creativity
