Marketing and Campaign Officer

A leading not-for-profit organisation in Sydney is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Campaign Support professional to join their Fundraising team during a busy period of campaign delivery.

This role sits within a fundraising environment but is firmly focused on marketing campaign coordination and support, helping to keep multiple campaigns, agencies, and stakeholders moving smoothly through busy delivery cycles.

About the role:
You will support the delivery of key fundraising marketing campaigns including appeals, regular giving, newsletters, and impact reporting. With several EOFY campaign waves already in motion, you’ll play an important support role in ensuring timelines, creative workflows, and day-to-day coordination are well managed.

Working closely with internal teams (marketing, digital, donor care, data) and external creative agencies, you’ll help keep campaign activity on track from briefing through to execution.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the coordination of end-to-end fundraising marketing campaigns
  • Assist with management of agency deliverables and internal creative processes
  • Help maintain timelines, schedules, and campaign tracking
  • Support EOFY campaign activity across multiple waves
  • Assist with appeals, regular giving campaigns, newsletters, and impact reporting
  • Support story gathering and briefing preparation for creative development
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow across campaigns
  • Help track campaign activity and assist with basic reporting insights
About you:
We’re looking for someone highly organised, reliable, and comfortable supporting fast-moving campaign activity within a collaborative team environment.
You will bring:
  • Experience in marketing or campaign support roles
  • Strong organisation and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Interest or exposure to fundraising or not-for-profit campaigns (preferred)
  • Understanding of campaign processes and marketing workflows
  • A proactive, can-do approach with strong attention to detail
