- $40 - $42 per hour + Super (depending on experience)
This role supports a well-known international lifestyle brand within a larger retail group. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will provide hands-on marketing and administrative support across wholesale and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain social media content calendars (Instagram and Facebook) using existing brand assets and templates
- Schedule and publish social media content across key platforms
- Support basic content creation using Canva and pre-designed templates (with design support where required)
- Assist with product sample coordination and management
- Liaise with supply chain and internal stakeholders to track product availability and timelines
- Update product and marketing information in internal systems (SAP and Excel)
- Conduct competitor analysis and compile monthly reporting summaries
- Support general marketing administration, reporting and project coordination
- Maintain strong organisation of calendars, deadlines and project tracking
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, business administration or a related field
- Highly detail-oriented with strong capabilitu using the fill Microsoft Office suite, with proficient Excel c apability
- Confident using , Canva
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- SAP experience advantageous but not essential (training provided)
- Comfortable with occasional manual handling of product samples
- Positive, proactive and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
