Marketing Administration Assistant | Immediate Start

  • 9:00am - 5:30pm  
  • $40 - $42 per hour + Super (depending on experience)
About the Role

This role supports a well-known international lifestyle brand within a larger retail group. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will provide hands-on marketing and administrative support across wholesale and online channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain social media content calendars (Instagram and Facebook) using existing brand assets and templates
  • Schedule and publish social media content across key platforms
  • Support basic content creation using Canva and pre-designed templates (with design support where required)
  • Assist with product sample coordination and management
  • Liaise with supply chain and internal stakeholders to track product availability and timelines
  • Update product and marketing information in internal systems (SAP and Excel)
  • Conduct competitor analysis and compile monthly reporting summaries
  • Support general marketing administration, reporting and project coordination
  • Maintain strong organisation of calendars, deadlines and project tracking
About You
  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, business administration or a related field
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong capabilitu using the fill Microsoft Office suite, with proficient  Excel c apability
  • Confident using , Canva 
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • SAP experience advantageous but not essential (training provided)
  • Comfortable with occasional manual handling of product samples
  • Positive, proactive and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
