A boutique law firm
in the CBD are looking for a professional Legal Assistant
to join their vibrant team. You will be responsible for supporting a team of four within the wider organisation.

- $70,000 - $80,000 + 12% super (2-5 years’ experience)
- $80,000 - $90,000 + 12% super (5+ years’ experience)
The opportunity
- Answering, directing telephone calls, and taking messages.
- General administrative duties
- Managing multiple calendars
- Organising and booking travel arrangements
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous experience working in a legal setting
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in an administration role (or similar)
- Show good initiative and be able to manage ever changing priorities
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be flexible
