About the role:
As the Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships within the fitness and wellness industry, serving as the main point of contact for major accounts. This position is ideal for someone with a strong B2B sales or account management background and who has a solid understanding of apparel or merchandise, however we are open to other relevant industries. You will be a commercially-minded and confident professional who enjoys building deep, consultative relationships and thrives on delivering creative, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities through existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams such as design, production, and logistics to deliver customer satisfaction.
- Navigate product development cycles, lead times, and offshore manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular updates on performance.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
- A passion for health, fitness, or wellness and a desire to work with brands that align with your values.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in merchandise, apparel, or digital sectors.
- Confidence dealing directly with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- A proactive, energetic mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- A proven ability to build and grow key accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Monday.com.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
