About the Role
Jesuit Mission is seeking a strategic and values-driven Individual Giving Manager to lead the design and delivery of strategic campaigns across appeals, regular giving, mid-value donors, and digital channels. In this role you will also play a key role in embedding Gifts in Wills awareness and referral processes into supporter journeys - creating meaningful experiences that inspire generosity and long-term commitment.
In this key role, you will:
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (DM, digital, phone, email) to acquire, retain, and upgrade supporters
- Analyse data and campaign performance to inform strategy, forecast pipeline needs, and optimise results
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated, insight-led activity
- Embed Gifts in Wills touchpoints into supporter journeys and manage warm referrals
- Champion ethical storytelling and culturally safe practice in all donor communications
You’re a strategic and data-driven fundraising professional who thrives on turning insights into action. With a strong background in Individual Giving or direct marketing, you understand how to connect with audiences in a meaningful way - and how to build trust that inspires long-term giving. You’re confident managing multi-channel campaigns and collaborating across teams, bringing both creative ideas and analytical rigour to the table.
You have:
- Proven experience in Individual Giving or multi-channel fundraising campaigns
- Strong strategic and analytical skills - able to translate insights into measurable results
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience managing agencies
- CRM experience (Raiser’s Edge highly regarded) and confident use of data to guide decisions
- A relationship-centred mindset and ability to adapt commercial campaign experience to a purpose-driven environment
- Maturity, initiative, and a genuine interest in building long-term supporter relationships
