In this role, you will be supporting the HR team with duties such as:
- Assisting with Human Resources admin including drafting contracts and letters, shortlisting, reference checking, & scheduling appointments.
- Sourcing candidates from adverts and telephone screening.
- Updating information in the HRIS.
- Auditing personnel files.
- Ad hoc HR admin projects.
- Have experience within a similar position in HR, recruiting or resourcing
- Be available from December 1st and able to commit to a 7-month contract
- Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using an HRIS (Ideally ELMO or Employment Hero)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
