We are currently partnering with a range of organisations across Melbourne and Sydney seeking experienced HR Advisors and People & Culture Coordinators for multiple part-time temporary opportunities.
  • Temporary Assignments 4-8 weeks
  • Part-time hours, 2-3 days per week 
  • Various locations including Sydney and Melbourne
  • Flexible working arrangements, hybrid working
These positions offer the chance to work across a broad range of people and culture functions, supporting leaders and employees with practical HR advice, employee relations matters, and workplace compliance.

Key responsibilities may include:
  • Providing generalist HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle
  • Interpreting and applying Modern Awards, employment legislation, policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations matters, workplace investigations and performance management processes
  • Supporting change management, workforce planning and organisational initiatives
  • Advising leaders on people management and workplace best practice
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies
  • Maintaining HR documentation, records and compliance requirements
  • Contributing to HR projects, training initiatives and continuous improvement activities
About You:
  • Previous experience in a HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, People & Culture Advisor or similar role
  • Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards
  • Exposure to employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
