We're seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-orientated HR Administration Officer to join a vibrant team onsite. If you love being immersed in a collaborative workplace, connecting with people face-to-face, and making an impact behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role You'll play a key role in supporting HR operations and administration, from onboarding and employee records to recruitment and day-to-day HR coordination. You'll thrive in a people-focused team where connection and attention to detail really matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Coordinate recruitment: advertise roles, schedule interviews, liaise with candidates
  • Draft position descriptions and employment contracts
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new starters
  • Assist payroll prep by ensuring accurate data
  • Partner with the HR Manager on documentation, letters, and reporting
 Ideal Candidate
  • Exceptional admin skills and an eagle eye for detail
  • HR or Employment Services sector experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
  • Positive, team-focused attitude with a love for onsite collaboration
  • Rostering/coordinator experience
 Bonus
  • Experience in SCHADS/NFP sector is highly valued
