We are currently recruiting for a brilliant not-for-profit who is looking for an HR Advisor, initially on a temporary basis but that could be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

This is a role that will support an experienced and supportive Manager, with the opportunity to really shape and develop the role.  It would be an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is at the beginning of their HR career and is looking for a rewarding, fast paced role where no two days are the same.
  
The role is initially a 3-6 month role, based near Sydney Olympic Park, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.

Duties of the role include:
  • Talent Acquisition support such as drafting adverts, phone screening and arranging interviews.
  • Managing enquiries to the HR Inbox and signposting to relevant person/department.
  • Support with recruitment admin including: drafting contracts and letters & scheduling appointments
  • Adhoc HR admin projects
Candidates being considered for this role will:
  • Have some prior experience within a similar position in HR as an Assistant or Intern.
  • Be immediately available (Or within 1 week)
  • Have or be willing to get a Working with Childrens Check and Police Check
  • Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
