About the role:
  
Reporting to the Manager – Strategic Partnerships, you will provide quality tenancy and property management services to CWH/ARCH residents and prospective residents in accordance with City West Housing's (CWH) Purpose, Values and Strategic Plan.
  • Provide property and tenancy management services to Landlords for allocated portfolio.
  • Deliver customer service excellence by acting as the first point of contact for all resident and landlord enquiries, resolving issues in a timely and sustainable manner.
  • Coordinate advertising of vacant properties including responding to applicant and landlord queries and facilitate property inspections for prospective residents.
  • Manage resident expectations through the timely and effective management of conflicts, complaints, appeals and tenancy breaches, including rent arrears and anti-social behaviour.
  • Work with the Manager - Strategic Partnerships to ensure that FFS policies and procedures are operationalised efficiently and effectively, identifying and communicating opportunities for continuous improvement.

The ideal applicant:
  
Alongside the relevant skills and experience, you will have a connection to the cause and mission of City West Housing!
  • Real Estate License and knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
  • Experience managing a property and tenancy portfolio
  • Valid NSW Driver License
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing demands.
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills and high level of proficiency with technology
