Beaumont People are partnering with Alloggio to find an outstanding Holiday Manager to join the Byron Bay team.
Alloggio is a fast-growing holiday home and hotel accommodation provider with the largest national portfolio of short-term rental homes in Australia. They manage a diverse range of holiday rentals, hotels, motels, and caravan parks, following their mission to "Transform property into valuable accommodation" through a "Globally Connected, Locally Trusted" approach.

As a Holiday Manager, you will be the face of our business in your region, responsible for growing Alloggio's established holiday rental portfolio and delivering outstanding service.
Your role:
In this exciting leadership position, you will drive Portfolio Growth, expand their property management portfolio and strengthen community relationships.
Lead a commercially successful business, maximize revenue and analyse market trends. Build strong owner relationships whilst delivering outstanding guest experience. Manage check-ins, streamline operations, and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage vendor relationships and work with housekeeping teams and trades to maintain high service standards.
Lead a High-Performing Team by fostering a positive workplace culture, mentor staff, and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Experience required:
- Current Driver's License
- Real Estate Certificate/license
- Proven success in managing holiday rental properties
- Strong financial acumen & experience handling P&L
- Expertise in property management systems (RMS, HomHero, Guesty, Hirum) would be ideal
- Growth-oriented mindset and ambition
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Passion for hospitality & customer service
- Strong time management and adaptability
