About the Role
Reporting to the independent Foundation Board and working closely with the Headmaster and senior stakeholders, you will:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic development in line with the Foundation’s values
- Develop and deliver a multi-year philanthropic strategy aligned with Shore School’s priorities
- Lead a significant capital campaign and other fundraising initiatives
- Cultivate strong relationships with donors, alumni, parents, and community leaders
- Oversee governance, financial stewardship, and development of Foundation staff
- Elevate the Foundation’s profile through compelling communications and engagement
