In this role, you will take ownership of developing compelling grant applications and funding submissions, working closely with internal stakeholders to articulate program impact and secure funding opportunities. Your work will directly contribute to initiatives that make a genuine difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and write high‑quality grant applications and funding proposals
- Manage the end‑to‑end grants process, from opportunity identification to submission
- Collaborate with program teams to gather insights, data, and impact outcomes
- Ensure all submissions align with funding guidelines and compliance requirements
- Track application progress and maintain accurate grant records
- Support reporting requirements and funding acquittals as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with funding bodies and stakeholders

- Experience working within the not‑for‑profit or community sector is highly regarded
