About the role:
As General Manager of Operations, you will work closely with the Founder to lead IICT’s next phase of global growth, overseeing operational strategy, commercial performance, and international expansion. You will translate strategic vision into actionable plans across marketing, partnerships, digital systems, and team performance. This role is ideal for a commercially astute, high-performing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people.

To be successful you will have:
  • Experience in a senior operations or executive leadership role (COO, General Manager, Head of Operations, or similar)
  • Proven track record of growing and scaling organisations across multiple markets or regions
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and improve performance
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams
  • Ability to translate big-picture strategy into clear, practical operational plans
  • Comfortable working with digital systems, CRM platforms, and performance dashboards
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • High accountability, emotional intelligence, and confidence to make strategic decisions
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Founder to shape and implement IICT’s operational strategy
  • Lead the organisation’s international expansion and growth initiatives
  • Oversee marketing, partnerships, and digital systems to support engagement and performance
  • Manage budgets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Oversee the implementation and optimisation of IT and digital infrastructure, including CRM systems
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management standards are maintained
  • Support the development and execution of member engagement and retention strategies
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across operations, marketing, and partnerships
  • Represent IICT at industry events, conferences, and key stakeholder meetings
  • Champion a positive, accountable, and values-driven organisational culture
