About the Role
Based in Sydney (hybrid) or Remotely (for the right candidate), you’ll report directly to the CEO as the Fundraising & Marketing Manager.
You’ll lead the development and delivery of strategies that grow income and build stronger connections with supporters. Alongside this, you’ll play a pivotal role in marketing initiatives that raise the organisation’s profile and broaden its reach.

- Develop and implement an integrated fundraising and marketing strategy to grow reach, engagement, and income.
- Lead fundraising campaigns across acquisition, retention, and donor journeys, including appeals, regular giving, community fundraising, and gifts in wills.
- Oversee digital marketing and communications, including social media, website, email/SMS marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and storytelling to build awareness, inspire action, and showcase impact.
- Provide clear insights and analysis on fundraising and marketing campaign results, digital performance, and supporter engagement.
- Manage a small team
About You
You’re a strategic and hands-on fundraising and marketing professional who thrives in a purpose-driven environment. You’ll enjoy this role if you are:
- Experienced in developing and delivering successful fundraising and marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Skilled at balancing competing priorities, with strong project management and organisational skills.
- Confident in multi-channel fundraising, including donor acquisition, retention, regular giving, and digital campaigns.
- Digitally savvy, with experience managing websites, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and fundraising platforms.
- A creative storyteller with excellent content creation and copywriting skills, able to bring impact to life.
- Analytical, with the ability to interpret data, measure results, and optimise campaigns.
- A proactive and collaborative leader with an innovative mindset, comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
