My client is seeking a Fundraising Manager to drive growth across individual giving, donor development and appeals. This newly scoped role is central to supporting the organisation’s long-term sustainability and mission to empower young people across NSW.
Working closely with General Managers and the Head of Program Integration, Grants & Tenders, you will lead multi-channel campaigns, coordinate donor engagement strategies and identify opportunities for new partnerships and philanthropic support.
This is a role for someone who combines big-picture thinking with strong execution skills, and who finds meaning in the details of donor care, storytelling, and campaign performance.

- Design and implement engaging multi-channel fundraising campaigns and appeals
- Create and manage donor journeys that drive retention, conversion and loyalty
- Identify and cultivate mid-tier donors, regular givers and aligned philanthropic partners
- Develop compelling proposals, reports and cases for support
- Coordinate campaign delivery and ensure adherence to best-practice fundraising standards
- Maintain accurate donor records, segmentation and data-driven reporting using the CRM
- Support the integration of fundraising strategy with program delivery and organisational goals

You will bring:
- Experience in fundraising, donor engagement and relationship management
- Strong communication and storytelling skills across all channels
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-channel campaigns and meet compliance standards
- A collaborative working style with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Familiarity with grants and proposal development
- Understanding of not-for-profit governance, privacy and fundraising codes
- A strong sense of purpose, aligned with empowering young people and communities
