For more than 65 years, Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia has provided worldโleading treatment to women suffering devastating childbirth injuries. Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation (CHFF) supports this lifeโchanging work through fundraising, advocacy and global partnerships.
As our new Fundraising Coordinator , you’ll be an integral member of a highโperforming fundraising team- supporting key campaigns, nurturing donor relationships, empowering community fundraisers, and helping drive sustainable revenue to support Hamlin’s mission in Ethiopia.
This is a fastโpaced, handsโon role perfect for someone who loves relationship building, organisation, creativity and making a real difference.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Support the planning and delivery of multiโchannel fundraising campaigns, including community fundraising, regular giving and appeals.
- Assist in coordinating the Hamlin Ethiopian Adventure program and engage with Adventurers to ensure an exceptional supporter experience.
- Develop and maintain warm, meaningful relationships with CHFF donors and community fundraisers.
- Manage incoming enquiries- via phone and email- from Adventurers and community supporters, ensuring timely, thoughtful followโup.
- Collaborate with the fundraising and communications teams to create compelling content, including social media assets, graphics and campaign material.
- Assist in monitoring, tracking and reporting on campaign results and fundraising performance.
- Coordinate with external suppliers including creative agencies, mail houses, printers, travel partners and telemarketing agencies.

You bring:
- Experience in fundraising, marketing, events, community engagement or a similar supporterโfacing role (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – with a keen attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and ability to engage confidently with donors, volunteers and agency partners
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Creativity, initiative and a genuine desire to contribute to a missionโdriven organisation
