Beaumont People is delighted to be partnering with RSPCA NSW on a newly created role in their fundraising team, a Philanthropy Coordinator-Mid Value role.
As the leading animal welfare organisation in NSW, the RSPCA strive to provide animals a good quality of life. In addition to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need, they aim to empower and educate communities and improve animal welfare legislation to strengthen, nurture, and protect the human and animal bond.
This would be a perfect project for a Supporter Services professional who loves building relationships with likeminded donors who are passionate about animal welfare. You will support the development and delivery of engaging campaigns, build strong relationships with donors, and contribute to their long-term fundraising strategy.
This is a 12-month contract initially and a 0.8 FTE contract, which can be a 4 day a week role or shorter hours across 5 days.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and steward relationships with regular givers and mid-level donors, ensuring they feel valued and understand the impact they are making.
- Support with the planning and implementation of fundraising campaigns.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance and donor trends.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and programs teams to tell powerful stories.
- Experience in a supporter services or donor care role, with a genuine desire to nurture relationships with donors to encourage further support.
- Someone who will take ownership of this project and who enjoys the account management aspect of customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge)
- Highly organised and data-driven
- Availability within a 2-week period (I.e. up to a 2 week notice period)
