About the role
You will provide executive-level administration support, and collaborate and work closely across the broader management team, supporting the CEO and the COO for a well-known for-purpose organisation that helps deliver life-changing experiences for young people across NSW.

You will thrive in providing a wide variety of administrative support with a strategic lens, playing a critical role as both an ambassador and a key business partner to your executive. You’ll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and thinking on your feet where every day will be different.

- Partner with inspiring CEO, providing high-level executive support, as a trusted advisor.
- Provide administrative project support to COO and play a key role supporting strategic objectives and driving change and transformation in the organisation.
- Be an internal ambassador on behalf of the office of the CEO and COO.

About the role
You will provide executive-level administration support, and collaborate and work closely across the broader management team, supporting the CEO and the COO for a well-known for-purpose organisation that helps deliver life-changing experiences for young people across NSW.
- Proactively manage all aspects of the CEO’s time, anticipating needs and evolving priorities by seeking to understand key organisation initiatives and strategic priorities
- Be on top of data management by appropriately maintaining all association records and online filing systems, particularly for confidential correspondence and papers
- Manage the flow of information from a variety of stakeholders discreetly and confidentially, and, escalating as necessary to ensure the CEO’s schedule is prioritised appropriately.
- Screen and prioritise communications and emails, taking responsibility for correspondence as necessary.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of relevant funding proposals, papers and financial reports as assigned by the CEO and COO
- Provide end-to-end Board meeting support; arranging logistics, agenda preparation, meeting attendance and minuting as well as action item distribution.
About the successful candidate
You will thrive in providing a wide variety of administrative support with a strategic lens, playing a critical role as both an ambassador and a key business partner to your executive. You’ll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and thinking on your feet where every day will be different.
- Technologically savvy with an intermediate - advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as strong written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar executive support role with experience in supporting Board meetings is highly preferred.
- Self-driven and collaborative working style while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Exceptional time management skills, be outcomes-focused and strong experience in meeting deadlines and demands with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, and a proactive and confident communication style when dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders.
