We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support a CEO at a wonderful Children’s charity in the city.

Your responsibilities will include diary management, meeting arrangements, travel bookings, meeting minutes, managing budgets and general office management duties like ordering stationary/setting up meeting rooms
  
This is a 6-month contract that would be perfect for a working holiday visa.

To be successful in your application you will have:
  • Demonstrable EA experience for C-suite level
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Teams and Zoom
  • High attention to detail 
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience of board minutes (Desirable)
