About the role:
  
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing Lead Partner   within the Public Sector Advisory Group. This is a fast-paced and highly visible role, supporting a key service line leader during a period of growth and increased demand.
  
This opportunity has arisen due to internal movement and team expansion, creating an immediate need for support. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, while also providing overflow support to a small number of additional Partners as required.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and professional EA who thrives in a corporate, client-facing environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-level executive support within a team-based model, with primary responsibility for one Lead Partner and shared support across a broader group as required
  • Complex diary and calendar management across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
  • Managing travel expenses and reconciliations
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including government clients
  • Supporting the coordination of meetings, events, and engagements where required
  • Preparing documents, correspondence, and presentations using MS Office Suite
  • Utilising MS Teams for communication and coordination across teams
  • Assisting with CRM management (MS Dynamics experience advantageous)
About You:
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant is required for this role, ideally within a professional services environment 
  • Proven experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders concurrently, ideally within a shared or team-based support model
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing demands 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and think ahead
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams
  • CRM experience (ideally MS Dynamics) is advantageous but not essential
  • Energetic, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment
