Beaumont People are currently seeking proactive and highly organised Executive Assistants for various temporary assignments with not-for-profit organisations within Brisbane.
- $50.60 to 56.93 per hour + super (casual rate)
- Temporary Assignments 2-3 months in length
- Mixture of hybrid and in office assignments
- Locations include Brisbane CBD and North Brisbane
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex calendar and diary management
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating with a range of stakeholders
- Assisting with preparation of executive briefings and documentation
- Track and submit expenses; coordinate reimbursements
- Represent the CEO in communications when necessary
- Contributing to the effective operations of the broader team
- Experience as an Executive Assistant (3+ years)
- Strong experience in executive or senior team support roles
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
- A genuine interest in the not-for-profit or purpose-driven sector is highly regarded
- Full license and own vehicle
