This role will support the delivery of a diverse events calendar, ranging from community and fundraising events to stakeholder engagement activities.
Initially, the focus will be on providing short-term support leading into a major upcoming event , with responsibilities spanning both preparation and on-the-day delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate events end-to-end, from planning through to execution
- Support development of event concepts, formats and messaging
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, fundraising and stakeholder groups
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, resources and communications
- Coordinate event collateral, ticketing and promotional materials
- Assist with hands-on delivery, including setup and pack down on event days
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using internal systems
You are a proactive and adaptable events professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will demonstrate:
- Experience in event coordination (end-to-end highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
- The ability to think on your feet and problem-solve under pressure
- Strong digital skills, including Excel and event platforms (ticketing systems desirable)
- Part-time: 3 days per week (22.8 hours)
- Preferred days: Tuesday–Thursday
- Flexibility required for early starts and late finishes around events
- Onsite presence required for event delivery
