A leading not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join their team on a 2-month contract. This is a hands-on role supporting the planning and delivery of events, with a strong focus on managing registrations, communications and reporting through an event management platform.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who can confidently take ownership of event administration and logistics while delivering a seamless attendee experience.

The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating event activities from planning through to execution, ensuring all logistical and administrative requirements are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing events through an event management platform, including setup, registrations and reporting
  • Coordinating attendee communications and event correspondence
  • Supporting event logistics, scheduling and stakeholder engagement
  • Monitoring registrations and responding to attendee enquiries
  • Preparing event materials and documentation
  • Assisting with event delivery and troubleshooting on event days
  • Producing post-event reports and administration
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in event coordination and administration
  • Recent, hands-on experience using an event management platform (essential)
  • Strong experience managing registrations, attendee communications and event reporting
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
