- $35 - $38 per hour + Super

They are a not-for-profit peak medical membership body operating across Australia and New Zealand. Through accredited training and education, member services, and events, the organisation is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, multidisciplinary community of highly competent health professionals.
This role will report into the Conference & Events Officer , and will work closely with her to support the prepare for various events and related activities for 2026.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support across all aspects of event planning and execution
- Coordinate speaker logistics including invitations, confirmations, and session details to ensure smooth event delivery
- Manage CPD certification processes , ensuring timely and accurate distribution to attendees
- Deliver exceptional customer service , for event-related inquiries and support
- Source and liaise with venues and suppliers , obtaining quotes and assisting with contract arrangements
- Support budget tracking and management , helping to ensure events are delivered within financial parameters
- Ability to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Flexibility and responsiveness to short lead times and urgent tasks
- Understanding of privacy policies and regulations across all communication channels (calls, emails, databases/files)
- Experience with Canva and IMIS EMS is desirable but not essential
