This purpose-driven, member-based organisation is a trusted leader in governance education and advocacy. Each year, they deliver over 220 events, ranging from flagship national conferences to intimate roundtables, connecting and inspiring leaders nationwide.
About the Opportunity
In this newly created role, you’ll shape the content that makes these events impactful. From curating programs and securing speakers to partnering on seamless delivery, you’ll ensure every event is engaging, strategic, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design event programs that inspire and engage audiences.
- Source, brief, and manage high-quality speakers.
- Collaborate with committees, teams, and stakeholders to align with strategy.
- Partner with Event Designers to deliver seamless experiences.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and communications.
- Use feedback and data to refine future programs.
- Support marketing campaigns to grow reach and attendance.
- Build strong relationships with speakers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong background in curating and delivering engaging events.
- Confident working with executives, committees, and partners.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Skilled in using data and feedback to improve programs.
- Creative, strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills.
