Events Producer – National Corporate Events

- $45–$48 per hour + Super
- Hybrid (2 Days Office – Tuesday and Thursday)
- 8:30am – 5:00pm (Flexible)
- Occasional out-of-hours work required
You will work on a broad mix of events — including briefings, roundtables, fireside chats, and executive lunches — and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, internal content teams, and marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent events across varying stages.
- Develop clear and concise event concepts and briefs outlining the purpose, audience, and key outcomes.
- Build timely and relevant event programs aligned with industry trends and member interests.
- Identify and secure speakers in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the marketing and communications teams to shape messaging, promotional materials, and audience engagement.
- Draft and coordinate detailed briefing notes for executives, presenters, and facilitators.
- Update and evolve existing content frameworks to reflect current issues, governance priorities, and emerging themes.
- Collaborate across departments to research, shape, and refine written event content — including program copy, run sheets, and discussion themes.
- Proven experience in producing and coordinating professional or corporate events.
- Strong written communication skills and experience developing event briefs, run sheets, and program content.
- The ability to synthesise information from multiple sources into clear, actionable content.
- High-level stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior executives.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills across multiple, fast-moving workstreams.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
- Experience using EventsAir or a similar events management platform (highly desirable).
